Bizzo Bizzo

Terms and Conditions

Last updated: 7 May 2026

Operator: TechSolutions (CY) Group Limited (Curaçao licensee 8048/JAZ; Kahnawake licensee Cloudbet Group instance), trading as Bizzo Casino.

These terms govern your use of the Bizzo Casino website and PWA from an Australian address. By registering, depositing or placing a wager, you accept them. We have written each clause in plain English first and added the legal phrasing only where the law requires it — that is the rule we have set ourselves throughout this document.

1. Eligibility and Single Account

Plain English: You must be 18 or over, you can only have one account per person, and one household can only run one account. We check fingerprints across device, IP and payment instrument. If two accounts trace to the same payment card or the same residential address, we will close the second one and return any deposit balance net of wagers placed.

Formal: Registration is restricted to natural persons aged eighteen (18) years or over at the time of registration who are resident in a jurisdiction in which use of the Bizzo Casino service is not unlawful. Multiple accounts maintained by the same individual or originating from the same household will be treated as duplicate accounts and may be closed at the operator's discretion.

2. Account Registration and Verification

Plain English: The information you give us at registration must be accurate. We will verify it before the first withdrawal. If you give us false information and we find out, we may void wins linked to that information.

Formal: The customer warrants that all information provided during registration is true, complete and current. The operator reserves the right to require evidence of identity, address, source of funds and beneficial ownership at any time, and to suspend the account pending receipt of such evidence. Material misrepresentation may result in account termination and forfeiture of winnings derived from the misrepresentation, except where forfeiture would breach an Australian non-excludable consumer guarantee.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

Plain English: Deposits in AU dollars or supported cryptocurrencies are credited per the timings listed on the Banking page. Your first withdrawal triggers a KYC check even if your deposits are already verified — that is a regulatory requirement, not a Bizzo policy. We do not charge deposit or withdrawal fees on any method.

Formal: Deposits credit to the customer's wallet upon settlement confirmation by the relevant payment scheme. The operator reserves the right to refuse a deposit at its discretion. Withdrawals are processed in the order received, subject to anti-money-laundering, fraud and bonus-clearance checks, within the indicative timeframes published on the Banking page. The customer accepts that timeframes published are indicative, not contractual, and that third-party banking timeframes are outside the operator's control.

4. Bonuses, Wagering and Maximum Bet

Plain English: Every active bonus has wagering. The maximum stake permitted while a bonus is active is A$10 per spin or hand. Go above and the bonus voids. Pokies clear wagering at 100%; live games and table games at 10%. You have 30 days to clear a bonus from the moment it credits. You cannot withdraw a bonus you have not yet cleared — attempting to withdraw will void the bonus and any winnings derived from it.

Formal: Promotional bonuses are subject to the wagering requirement, contribution weighting and time limit communicated at the point of issuance. The maximum permitted wager during the wagering period is AU$10.00 (or equivalent) per round. Any wager exceeding this maximum, or any wager made on a non-eligible game type, may render bonus funds and any associated winnings forfeit at the operator's discretion. The customer is solely responsible for reading and understanding the terms of any promotion before opting in.

5. Game Play, Software Errors and Malfunctions

Plain English: If a game malfunctions and a result is paid that should not have been, or a stake is taken that should not have been, we will reverse the affected transaction and notify you. We do not pay phantom wins; you do not pay phantom losses.

Formal: All wagers are deemed accepted upon server confirmation. In the event of a malfunction, software defect, network error, or any other technical anomaly affecting the validity of a game outcome, the operator reserves the right to void the affected transactions and restore wallet balances to the position immediately preceding the anomaly. Where applicable Australian Consumer Law provides non-excludable remedies, those rights are preserved and not diminished by this clause.

6. Inactivity and Dormancy

Plain English: If you do not log in for 12 months, we may classify the account as dormant. AU residents have the dormancy fee waived. To reactivate, log in and pass a refreshed identity check.

Formal: An account showing no login or transactional activity for twelve (12) consecutive months is classified as dormant. Dormancy fees as may be applicable in other jurisdictions are not levied on accounts identified as belonging to Australian residents. Reactivation requires successful authentication and may require updated verification documents.

7. Restricted Jurisdictions and Prohibited Use

Plain English: Bizzo Casino is not available everywhere. Use of a VPN to disguise your jurisdiction breaches these terms and we will close your account if we find it.

Formal: The customer warrants that they are not accessing the service from a restricted jurisdiction. The list of restricted jurisdictions is published on the website and may be updated from time to time. The use of any technology, including but not limited to virtual private networks, anonymising proxies or geolocation spoofers, that obscures the customer's true location constitutes a material breach of these terms.

8. Responsible Gambling

Plain English: Set deposit, loss, wager and session limits from your account. Self-exclusion is available as a 7-day cool-off, 6-month or permanent option. Once active, you cannot reverse a self-exclusion early, even by chat or email. We share self-exclusion data within the Cloudbet Group operator network.

Formal: The operator provides responsible-gambling tools as documented on the Responsible Gambling page. Activated self-exclusion or cooling-off measures are irrevocable for the duration elected. Self-exclusion data may be shared between sister brands within the same operating group for the purpose of preventing access to those brands during the exclusion period.

9. Intellectual Property

Plain English: Site content, software, logos and copy belong to us or to our licensors. Personal browsing is fine; copying or reproducing without permission is not.

Formal: All intellectual property rights in the website, software, branding, content and database are the property of the operator or its licensors. The customer is granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the service for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

10. Limitation of Liability

Plain English: We will not be on the hook for losses you cause yourself, for events outside our control (force majeure), or for indirect losses such as loss of profit. The Australian Consumer Law gives you certain rights that this clause cannot take away.

Formal: To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator's aggregate liability arising in connection with the service is limited to the lesser of (a) the amount of the customer's deposits less withdrawals in the twelve (12) months preceding the cause of action, and (b) AU$10,000.00. Nothing in this clause excludes, restricts or modifies the operation of the Australian Consumer Law where to do so would render this clause void.

11. Disputes and Governing Law

Plain English: If we cannot resolve a dispute internally within 14 days, you may escalate to the Curaçao eGaming Authority. The contract is governed by the laws of Curaçao. Australian Consumer Law rights apply to AU customers and are not waived.

Formal: The customer agrees first to seek resolution through the operator's complaints process. If no resolution is reached within fourteen (14) calendar days of formal complaint receipt, the customer may refer the matter to the Curaçao eGaming Authority as the operator's licensing regulator. These terms are governed by the laws of Curaçao without regard to conflict-of-law principles, save that the non-excludable consumer rights afforded to Australian residents under the Australian Consumer Law remain in full force.

12. Amendments

Plain English: We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified at least 14 days before they take effect, with a one-screen summary at next login.

Formal: The operator reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Material amendments shall be communicated by email and via an in-account notice no fewer than fourteen (14) calendar days prior to the effective date of the amendment. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.
