Bizzo Banking — Methods, Timings, Limits

Most casino banking pages list the logos and call it done. We will tell you which methods actually clock the fastest deposits, which channels are one-way (deposit only, no withdrawal route), and how AU bank business hours bend the timing on PayID and BPAY. Every figure on this page is what we measured during AEDT business weeks in 2024.

PayID — The Default for Most Aussies

PayID is a domestic real-time payment rail run through the New Payments Platform. Deposits clear in under 60 seconds, 24/7, regardless of whether the big four are mid-overnight batch. Withdrawals are where the asymmetry shows up. On a weekday between 9 am and 5 pm AEDT, our PayID withdrawals clock at 5–25 minutes. After 5 pm and across weekends, the same withdrawal can take up to 4 hours because some receiving banks still run delayed clearing for inbound NPP messages. If you queue a withdrawal at 11 pm Friday expecting it Saturday morning, you might be waiting until Monday — that is bank-side, not us.

POLi, BPAY and the AU Bank Stack

POLi pushes a deposit straight from your AU bank's online portal, instant on our side. POLi withdrawals happen as a bank-account credit, not a POLi reversal — so they ride the same 1–2 business day rail as a Visa-debit withdrawal. BPAY is a one-way deposit channel. It clears overnight as part of the AU bank batch, which means if you BPAY at 6 pm Tuesday, the funds usually post on Wednesday morning. There is no BPAY withdrawal — that is an industry-wide design constraint, not specific to Bizzo.

Neosurf — The Voucher Route

Neosurf is the offline voucher most punters use when they want to ring-fence the deposit (you cannot accidentally over-deposit if the voucher is finite). Maximum value per voucher is A$1,000 and you cannot withdraw to a Neosurf — it is one-way by design. We see Neosurf used heavily by players in regional NSW and TAS where corner-store availability is good.

Crypto — Faster Cashouts, Different Licence

Crypto deposits and withdrawals run under the Bizzo Kahnawake licence rather than Curacao, which is why your account ledger shows a separate currency wallet for each asset. Bitcoin needs two on-chain confirmations to credit, which sits around 20 minutes; Ethereum and USDT clear in roughly 3 minutes. Crypto withdrawals after a complete KYC clear same day, often within an hour. The crypto channel does not have a published max withdrawal cap, but anti-fraud thresholds still trigger manual review on single transactions above A$30,000 equivalent.

First Withdrawal vs Second Withdrawal

The first withdrawal on any account triggers a KYC review even if the funds came from a verified deposit method. Get the documents through (passport or licence + selfie + utility bill within 90 days; instructions on the Contact page). Once KYC is cleared, second and subsequent withdrawals below A$5,000 process same day in the AEDT business window. Withdrawals above A$5,000 still pass through a manual finance check — typically resolved within 4 hours, longer on weekends.

Currency, Fees and the Small Print

Account currency is AU dollars. We do not charge deposit or withdrawal fees on any method, and we do not pass through processor fees. Your bank may charge an FX or international transfer fee on Visa or Mastercard if your card is set to a non-AUD primary currency — that is bank-side. Crypto deposits show the AUD value at the time the deposit confirms; if BTC moves price between sending and confirming, the AUD figure on your ledger reflects the confirm-time price.

Disputes, Reversals and Common Failure Modes

If a deposit shows as taken from your bank but does not credit your Bizzo balance within 30 minutes, open chat with the transaction reference and the receiving account. PayID mismatches (a typo in the PayID handle on either side) are the single most common cause; the second is BSB-only direct deposits sent to the wrong receiving account because somebody copied the figure from a sister-brand site. Send the reference, and we trace from our side rather than asking you to phone your bank.
